1. Make sure you have downloaded and installed TouchPal.
2. Go to "Start" -> "Settings" -> "Personal" -> "Input".
3. Find "TouchPal" in "Input Method" list and then click "Options...".
4. Click "Activate..." to bring up "TouchPal Activation" dialog.
5. Find the "Owner Name" or "Challenge Code".
(Note: if your owner name field says "<Please define owner name>", it means your owner name is blank. Please go to Settings -> Personal -> Profile to define the owner name first, or register by challenge code.)
