Thanks for the new SDK release :)

Can you please check something? Is the dic_maker.exe file corrupted? It won't run on my PC. When I try to execute it, I get "The system cannot execute the specified program". When I run it through the surfacetool (File > Generate Western Dictionary) I get an "Unhandled exception".

Thanks!

Win XP Pro SP2, with NET Framework 3.0 installed. Dunno what's wrong! I tried re-downloading the SDK but same.

I've just tried to download ZIP and run files in it. File dic_maker.exe shows usage information end exits. So, everything looks fine. Try to clear cache, close browser and then try to download again.

BTW, I can't run chs_dic_maker.exe -- it crushes at ones. But I think it's because I have no Chinese configured.

I have discovered, that new feature "mapping one-to-multiple entries" is not working with Russian letters even on basic dictionaries like this:

im 6 I'm
им 6 И'м
ill 6 ill I'll
илл 6 илл И'лл

It works fine for English, but at the same time,  do not works with Russian (yes, I have made keyboard layout with Russian and Latin letters on it to prove this).

Well, still crashes at once for me... I don't think it's a corrupt download. If I try to run it (not from command prompt), I get: "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem" :(

v3 dic_maker works fine.

Please make sure these is no space in the SDK path.
And try download and install Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package.

I installed .NET 3.5 and it works! So it needs 3.5, not 3.

Thanks all Big%20smile off to make dictionaries!

I have read the documentation for 3.5 SDK,

is it if I want to make a chinese dictionary for the keypress 'a' + 'b' mapped to the character '明'.

I need to add a line

Is it?

Does the SDK support right-to-left input such as hebrew and arabic?
